Customer reviews are a vast and rich source of customer data. Platform ratings are out of date, blunt, and skewed by platform algorithms, meaning the data is too lightweight to reliably inform strategy and investment decisions.

We set out to solve this data gap, designing a multi-stage framework to convert unstructured review text into customer intelligence built for high-stakes decisions.

We spent years fine tuning all aspects of the framework, meaning company research can now be conducted on a scale previously unfeasible, at an accuracy previously impossible.
